I just got off the Phone with one of my best friends in the whole world, and during the conversation we reflected on how much we have come through. I have been through hell and back a few times in my life and Just the fact that I am here and able to do the work that i do is a blessing. Trials I believe are here to help us to grow and show us that we are stronger then even we think we are. In My life I have noticed that They normally come right as a huge blessing is about to occur in my life. its as if I’m shedding the old skin through a trail by fire, and as I come through it I feel a little wiser and much stronger to handle the opportunity that the trial proceeded. Recently I Sprained my ankle pretty severely, and it forced me to lay down and elevated my leg. At first I was upset at the universe. “why now” I asked. I had been having a productive run with the work i do in TV and now I would have to sit that out. What was revealed to me was it was a time to plan, organize and deepen my spiritual practice. Days after I began this process I received some news that is still in process, but it was the kind of news that I hope to report soon as a major blessing. For this opportunity that is coming i needed time for planning and reflection to pull it off well. This Trail with my ankle is strengthening me for my next steps, and today i took my first steps since the accident without crutches. I’m feeling really blessed. I encourage you today to look at how far you’ve come compared to were you are and even if its a step, believe your doing ok. If your in the middle of a trial, focus on the way to pass the test but also on the blessing that is coming around the corner. I wish for us the consciousness to realize that a trail is  Preparation for an opportunity to be blessed. 1luv
